Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Electric Utility Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our power delivery team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of an electric utility in a geographic territory, region, or functional unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, build, maintain, switch, and control electrical distribution and transmission systems.
- Develop and implement strategic business objectives, strategies, and plans to support the company's goals.
- Manage and allocate financial and employee resources to achieve optimal results.
- Lead, motivate, and influence employees to achieve exceptional performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Completion of Assistant Manager training program or equivalent experience in electric utilities.
- Previous supervisory experience or completion of Assistant Manager training program.
- Strong leadership, administrative, and supervisory skills.
