Job Overview
PacifiCorp is seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Journeyman Lineman. As a key member of our Power Delivery department, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical transmission and distribution systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical transmission and distribution systems, including overhead and underground lines.
- Operate line trucks, aerial boom, lifts, and wire pulling equipment to construct, repair, or maintain line equipment.
- Maintenance of lines and services will require pole climbing, hot sticking, and working out of truck mounted bucket lifts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Journeyman Lineman experience with completion of a formal training program.
- Must meet examining board review of skills and experience and pass testing through Rocky Mountain Power.
- Candidate must have hot stick training and experience.
- Must have a Class A Commercial Driver's License.
