General Purpose
Provides advice and counsel to management and client organizations. Conducts special studies and analyses, develops alternatives, presents recommendations to management and influences management decisions. Researches, analyzes, develops and implements new strategies, programs, and / or processes in response to changing internal and external conditions. With supervision, this position will support contract development, administration and recording for C&I customers in all six states that PacifiCorp operates in supporting PacifiCorp’s Regional Business Managers, Investment Delivery and Principal Account Management.
Responsibilities

- Prepare key managerial performance reports for the organization.
- Perform complex assignments lacking precedent and requiring creativity.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and provide training and communication of changes in policies and procedures.

- Gather and analyze critical information (demographics, condition, costs, lifecycle) from various sources.
- Support contract development for C&I customers Customer Requested Work Agreements (CRWA), Engineering Service Agreement (ESA), Electric Services Study Agreement (ESSA), Engineering and Procurement Agreements (EMPA), Master Electric Service and Facilities Improvements Agreement (MESAFacImp), Relocations of Transmission facilities, and others as requested) and subsequent recording and administration of executed contracts.
- Audit business system data and examine actuals against targets.
- Analyze business processes, conduct special studies, develop alternatives and present recommendations to management and influence management decisions.
- Support Appropriation Request development requests for PacifiCorp Investment Delivery recording and reporting
- Support project budget development process to ensure that all stakeholders have their needs met.
- Report complex financial information in simple terms and communicate throughout the organization.
- Support contractual invoicing, refunds, reporting per contract terms and tariff provisions
- Maintaining financial integrity of the FERC data
- Research and analyze relevant data, evaluate complex situations, develop creative alternatives, provide recommendations, and negotiate and influence outcomes.
- Ensure customer compliance with PacifiCorp insurance requirements of customers.
- System experience include SAP, Adobe Pro, Adobe Acrobat Sign, CSS, C2M (if any), Microsoft Suite of Programs.

This position is eligible for an annual discretionary performance incentive bonus of up to 12.00% of salary.
