Pack Athletics is excited to announce that we are currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic part time front desk assistant to join our dynamic team!
About the Position:
- Part-Time role
- Tuesday and Thursdays 3p-8p, and Saturdays 8:30a-2p
- Mt Pleasant location
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, assist with registrations, sales, and bookings
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person
- Support with administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role is a plus.
