We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our Packout and Contents Restoration company which now has two locations. The main headquarters is in Pompano Beach (you will report to Pompano) and our other locations are in Lakeland. The General Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage team performance, and ensure that all packout, storage, and restoration projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Will also be responsible for hiring, recruiting, and all positions including the sales team. This role requires someone with proven leadership in the restoration industry and the ability to manage large-scale projects and teams effectively. You will be expected to travel from time to time to help manage other locations and contribute to conferences and other networking events.
$85,000 - $95,000 Plus Bonuses and other incentives.
