Sales Representative – Compass Rescue
Location: Remote/Flexible/Grand Rapids, Michigan
Hours: Part-time (5-10 hours per week)
Compensation: $15 per hour to start, plus commission.
Are you a motivated sales professional with a passion for safety and emergency response? Compass Rescue is looking for a part-time Sales Representative to help grow our standby medical services, REMS teams, safety consulting, first aid kits, and event medical services.
What You'll Do:
- Identify and connect with construction companies and event organizers to promote our services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, helping them meet their safety and medical readiness needs.
- Utilize HubSpot (or similar CRM) to track leads and sales progress.
- Work independently to generate and close deals, with flexible hours.
What We’re Looking For:
- Sales experience (preferably in safety, emergency response, construction, or related industries).
- A self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.
- Existing book of business is a plus.
- Experience with HubSpot or other CRM software is a plus.

- Monthly bonus
- Uncapped commission
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
