Technical Customer Support Position Opening
Answering the telephone resolving computer and software related issues and also making outbound calls to accounts for a multitude of reasons.
PEC works with UPS to set up retailers across the United States to ship packages via UPS for their customers. PEC also has our own exclusive UPS Corporate Ready Certified Software. Package Express Center is located in Greenville, TN next to the Tennessee Cancer Specialists on the by-pass. We have great offices, casual atmosphere, hiring both part-time or full-time (whatever fits your schedule), No degree is required. Drug free workplace and EOE.
Salary: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Experience: Must have experience in tech support, answering phones, proficiency of Office suite programs, and SQL and Access experience would be nice.
