Spare Hands - Counce Mill
Spare Hands are general laborers that are assigned to all areas of the Mill, Paper Machine, Woodyard, Pulping, Caustic, Power, Recycle, Shipping, or Yard Services as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or G.E.D.
· Must have worked 24 of the last 36 months
· Must be available to work rotating shifts including weekends, holidays and overtime.
Knowledge-Skills-Abilities:
Written skills test will be given to selected candidates that meet the basic qualifications and if successful, a panel interview will be scheduled.
Starting pay is $26.30/hour with the potential to earn much higher as you progress.
