Job Details
We are seeking skilled Journey Level Millwrights to join our maintenance team at our Wallula, WA facility.
About the Opportunity
The Millwright position is a mechanical craft role within our maintenance department. Our millwrights typically work a Monday through Friday 8-hour day schedule, with occasional opportunities for rotating shift work (12 hour shifts, 4 days on, 4 days off).
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Provides troubleshooting and repair of mechanical equipment in support of the PCA Wallula Pulp and Paper Mill operation.
- Journeyman level experience and qualifications.
- Strong skills in reading blueprints, interpreting technical documents, and using tools such as centrifugal pumps, gearboxes, fans, and agitators.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment, as well as proficiency in burning and welding techniques.
- Good interpersonal and planning skills, with a high degree of self-motivation.
- Able to acquire and retain a multi-craft skill set, including Pipefitter skills.

- Candidates with experience working in heavy industrial environments.
