3RD SHIFT (11PM-7AM)
Pay and Benefits
- Pay Rate = $25.93 per hour, plus shift differential for 3rd

Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a team in support of a manufacturing operation with a goal of increasing productivity; decreasing downtime and waste.
- Assume active role in overall plant facilities-related work. Position requires assisting all jobs on the plant floor.
- Follow all company safety rules and lock-out tag-out procedures.
- Maintain shop and shop equipment per 5S Standards.
- May be required to stack parts up to 30 lbs. for a period of up to 12 hours.
- Set-up and operate Bobst machine to produce product according to customer specifications.
- Troubleshoot, perform minor repair and preventative maintenance procedures on Bobst machine.
- Train Helper, as required.
- Performs quality checks as required and takes appropriate corrective action when needed.
- Maintains records of production, work in process, as required.
- Performs other job related duties as assigned or delegated.
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Graduate or GED.
- Prior manufacturing experience.
- Be passionate about maintaining a safe work environment.
- Able to pass pre-employment physical and drug test.
- Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Problem solving and troubleshooting.
- Working mechanical ability.
- Record keeping skills including paper records and computer data input.
