- We are seeking an individual to work collaboratively with our team to enhance productivity, reduce downtime, and minimize waste in our manufacturing operation.
- The selected candidate will assume a proactive role in overall plant and facilities-related work, providing support to all jobs on the plant floor.
- Fundamental to this role is adhering to all company safety rules and lock-out tag-out procedures.
- Maintenance of the shop and shop equipment will be performed according to 5S standards.
- Ongoing tasks and duties may be assigned as needed.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent is required for this position.
- The ideal candidate should be able to work overtime, weekends, and second/third shifts as necessary.
- A good attendance record and authorization to work in the U.S. are essential.
