Hiring Process

Candidates selected for the hiring process will participate in a series of written tests and a structured board interview. The tests will assess basic mechanical principles, arithmetic skills, spatial visualization, pattern recognition, and verbal ability.

The structured board interview will cover work history, achievements, knowledge acquisition, interpersonal skills, and physical demands experienced on previous jobs.
