What Youll Do
We are hiring a Sales Support Coordinator in Bolingbrook, IL. You will be responsible for supporting sales in various ways, including project management, order management, sourcing, quoting, and overall customer experience management. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring we meet our customers' requirements, no matter how large or small. We are looking for an outgoing, well-organized, friendly individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities, and possesses great customer service and teamwork skills.
Were currently looking for a Sales Support Coordinator who :
Project management in support of your sales team
Source items to create presentations, proposals, and quotes
Process orders
Keep a consistent communication loop with customers and the sales team
Ensure all approvals are in place for order, including samples, proofs, and knockoffs
Education, Experience and Skills Required / Preferred :
- 3 years of customer service / sales and / or B2B experience (within the industry is ideal.)
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and with little supervision.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Ability to multitask with shifting priorities.
- Strong attention to detail
