Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, and maintaining financial records. This role requires a strong understanding of financial concepts and proficiency in accounting software. The Accounts Payable Clerk will play a crucial role in supporting the overall financial health of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify invoices for payment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Manage vendor relationships and resolve discrepancies or issues related to payments.
• Perform data entry tasks related to accounts payable transactions with a high level of accuracy.
• Assist in payroll management by ensuring timely processing of payroll-related invoices.
• Maintain organized records of all accounts payable transactions, including debits and credits.
• Collaborate with the accounts receivable team to ensure accurate financial reporting.

• Experience
• Proven experience in an accounts payable or similar finance role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial concepts and accounting principles is essential.
• Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with vendors and internal teams.
