Responsibilities:
Operational Support
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations across departments.
- Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures to maintain efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report insights to the General Manager.
Staff Management
- Supervise and provide guidance to department managers and staff.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating employees.
- Foster a positive work environment and resolve any staff conflicts or issues.
Financial Management
- Assist in budget development and cost management.
- Monitor financial performance against budgetary goals and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
