We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Fleet After Sales Support specialist to oversee and manage parts ordering, issue resolution, invoicing, and reporting for our fleet operations. This role involves coordinating with internal and external customers to ensure seamless processing of orders, handling back orders, managing returns, and providing exceptional customer support.

Qualifications:
- Experience in fleet after-sales support, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in order management systems, EDI processing, and tracking tools.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
