Established Glendale law firm seeks a full-time (7.5 hour day, in-office) Legal Assistant with 5 years of experience and great organizational, writing, proofreading and communication skills. Candidate will be responsible for drafting, filing, and serving litigation documents and correspondence, in addition to various administrative tasks. Successful candidates must also have the ability to prioritize effectively, have knowledge of and be able to track litigation deadlines, and have experience with state and federal filing procedures.
We are a mid-size firm (6-10 attorneys) specializing in Insurance Defense of Medical Malpractice. Candidate must be proficient with MS Word & Outlook. Experience with Adobe Pro and ProLaw Legal Software is a plus.

Salary : $70,000 - $85,000
