Titan Staffing is currently partnering with a provider seeking to hire Director of Nursing DON in the Manahawkin, NJ area.
We are seeking a highly qualified and detail-oriented Director of Nursing DON candidate. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, comprehensive knowledge of healthcare policies and regulations, and a genuine passion for mentoring and training stakeholders to deliver outstanding care to residents.
This position is a Direct Hire with the Skilled Nursing Facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Nursing Department operations in the absence of a facility Director of Nursing, ensuring compliance with company policies, nursing standards, reimbursement guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Respond to facility needs requiring additional resources or oversight, focusing on process improvement and system validation.
- Support the development and implementation of job skills training and in-service education in accordance with state and federal regulations.
- This position may require you to travel between 2 or more facilities
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse licensure with the capability to obtain multi-state licenses.
- A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
