POSITION OVERVIEW: This position is responsible for ensuring the facility and maintenance of the Packers Athletic Club meets company standards for member experience expectations. The position requires a keen sense of detail, strong time management, and critical thinking skills to deliver an outstanding member experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
· Ensure maintenance of all facility related issues are addressed and fixed.
· Organize and establish tracking of all work orders for club.
· Oversee maintenance of all equipment and facilities. Develop and execute schedule for replacement to ensure maintenance and safety standards are met.
· Responsible for the day to day functioning of all aquatics features.
· Develop a preventative maintenance schedule and strategy in conjunction with the General Manager and Facilities Operations Manager.
· Responsible for basic club plumbing including shower, drain maintenance, toilets, and faucets.
· Troubleshooting of all facility IT equipment.
· Order and keep inventory of all equipment parts and maintenance supplies
· Manage general building upkeep.
OTHER RESONSIBILITES
· Attend all meetings, seminars, and functions as required.
· Stay up to date on information and trends as it relates to facility management.
· Able to respond to emergency calls after hours, as necessary.
· Other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· High School diploma
· 5-7 years maintenance experience in a commercial environment
· 3 years supervisory experience or equivalent schooling in relative field.
· Strong understanding of all areas of maintenance, including, but not limited to, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, HVAC, and flooring.
· Working knowledge of power tools and equipment
· Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
· Familiarity with local codes and guidelines on managing wet areas, ensuring sanitary and safe for member use
· General knowledge of fire protection systems
· Ability to interpret blueprints
· Must have excellent trouble shooting skills and be a team player
· Exposed to disagreeable environment conditions including dirt, noise, extreme temperatures, heights, cramped workspaces, confined spaces, and areas or tasks where caution must be exercised to ensure safety.
· Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs., stand, walk, bend, climb, and walk most of your shift
