POSITION OVERVIEW: This is a supervisory position responsible for ensuring the facility, maintenance, and cleanliness of the Packers Athletic Club meets company standards for member experience expectations. The position requires a keen sense of detail, strong time management, and critical thinking skills to deliver an outstanding member experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
- Close the club and ensure that
- Plan and supervise work of facility operations part time staff. Train and communicate job expectations, review completed projects. Provide coaching and corrective action to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
· Create work schedules for Operations department staff
- Organize and establish continuing internal communication with reporting staff.
- Assist in maintenance of all equipment and facilities. Develop and execute schedule for replacement to ensure maintenance and safety standards are met in conjunction with the General Manager.
- Responsible for the overall cleanliness of entire facility while on duty.
- Develop a preventative maintenance schedule and strategy in conjunction with the General Manager.
- Responsible for testing and reporting of aquatics area.
- Maintain and coordinate proper functioning of all fitness and recovery equipment
- Monitor building for leaks or deficiencies.
- Manage general building upkeep.
OTHER RESONSIBILITES
- Assist in hiring process. Evaluate candidates and participate in job interviews
- Attend all meetings, seminars, and functions as required.
- Evaluate employee performance and assist in developing staff goals
- Stay up to date on information and trends as it relates to facility management.
- Other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma
- 3 years supervisory experience or equivalent schooling in relative field.
- Working knowledge of power tools and equipment
- Basic understanding of health and safety regulations
- Basic familiarity with local codes and guidelines on managing wet areas, ensuring sanitary and safe for member use
- Must have excellent trouble shooting skills and be a team player
- Exposed to disagreeable environment conditions including dirt, noise, extreme temperatures, heights, cramped workspaces, confined spaces, and areas or tasks where caution must be exercised to ensure safety.
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs., stand, walk, bend, climb, and walk most of your shift
