Packnwood is looking for an experienced Growth/Marketing Strategist
The role involves a wide range of responsibilities. Successful candidates must be adept at managing multiple priorities, managing internal and external creative resources, and managing multiple programs to maximize marketing investment and sales growth.
Responsibilities are:
- Team collaboration with our senior graphic designers, SEO specialists, and social media specialists.
- Create long-term marketing strategies that are goal-driven
- Create marketing strategies to optimize the user experience across channels ( Amazon, Market Places, DTC )
- Monitor site traffic and visitor behavior using marketing analytics tools
- Identify and test upcoming digital communications platforms and tools
- Identify conversion points and user funnels
- Oversee website content development and optimization
- Track click-through rates and consumers' browsing and purchasing behavior
- Identify consumer trends and insights regarding traffic and consumer behavior
- Plan, launch and measure conversion tests
- Create reports for stakeholders
- Collaborate with colleagues at all levels of an organization
- Analyze and evaluate emerging technologies in digital marketing
Education and Experience:
- BA/BS degree, marketing or communications emphasis preferred or commensurate additional experience
- Seven or more years of work experience within marketing or communications including at least 4 years focused on marketing analytical online marketing function.
