About The Role
Packsize is conducting a search for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our talented team. You will partner with the Business Unit’s senior leaders, managers and team members to develop and execute HR and organizational strategies and accomplish our business goals. You will develop and/or execute HR plans, processes and programs aligned with the business goals including organizational design, succession planning, talent and performance management, employee engagement, compensation, learning and development; becoming a trusted advisor and counsel to leadership teams, as well as a strong resource for our team members.. The position is full-time and based in our Global Headquarters in Salt Lake City, Utah.
What You’ll Do:
The salary range for this role is [$65,800 USD - $92,300 USD]; however, Packsize considers several factors when determining compensation when extending a job offer, including but not limited to, the role being offered, the associated responsibilities, the candidate's prior work experience, education/training, and any special skills.

What You’ll Do:
- HRIS Management: Oversee HRIS management, upgrades, automation, and reporting to ensure efficient system utilization.
- Strategic Partnership: Cultivate and maintain effective relationships with leaders to develop HR solutions tailored to business challenges.
- Policy Development: Assist in developing and implementing new policies and procedures, introducing efficiencies, tools, and automation as the company expands.
- Leadership Coaching: Guide leaders in developing strategies to enhance team capability and engagement.
- Change Management: Collaborate with leaders to design and implement change management processes to improve employee engagement and productivity..
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment and benefits laws and regulations.
- Advisory Role: Advise managers on organizational policy matters such as equal employment opportunity, workplace harassment prevention, and other initiatives that contribute to a healthy workplace.
- Employee Relations: Manage employee relations counseling, conduct workplace investigations, and provide guidance during disciplinary procedures.
- Compensations:Analyze and modify compensation processes, proof and approve compensation changes.
- Data Management: Maintain HR information systems and employee files, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.
- Project Participation: Contribute to HR and operational projects that support organizational growth and efficiency.
- HRIS management experience required
- BS/MS Human Resources or related discipline required
- Must have a minimum of 4-8 years of previous HR experience
- Professional certification in Human Resources (PHR/SPHR) helpful
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience as HR Business Partner with emphasis on employee relations, performance management and training.
- Preference may be given for Professional certification in Human Resources (PHR/SPHR) or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certifications
- Knowledge of HRIS or HRMS system(s) required; Workday preferred
- Adheres to the highest degree of professional standards and strict confidentiality on matters that require discretion
- Solid understanding of FLSA, ADA, FMLA and state specific employment related laws/regulations.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills. Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with competing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally as well as written communication. Ability to interact and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Hold yourself responsible and be self-driven in accomplishing business goals, adhering to policies and being responsible for one’s own actions, performance and decisions.
- Proficiency Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel tools
- Strong team focus with the ability to work effectively in a professional and team environment
- Previous experience working with global/international teams preferred
- Periodic travel between local facilities
- 5-10% travel within the U.S.
- Must be able to work effectively in an office setting
