About The Role
Packsize is looking for an experienced Paralegal to support a growing Legal department in our industrial technology-focused business. This position will provide general paralegal services primarily supporting commercial transactions, maintaining and filing corporate records and managing other regulatory compliance programs. You will assist with contract drafting, execution and tracking, managing our CLM platform, and will review and negotiate changes to certain form agreements. You will report to the Chief Legal Officer, and work closely with the Commercial Counsel and other business partners as an important member of our in-house legal team.

About The Role

What You’ll Do
- Corporate Maintenance:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for our corporate entities in the US and across the globe.
- Prepare and file annual reports, renewals, and other required filings in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Contract Lifecycle Management
- Supporting the entire contract process including drafting, negotiation, and finalization
- Managing the contract management platform, including administration, education and organization
- Contract reporting, approval process management, and compliance auditing
- Legal Drafting, Research and Administration:
- Draft and prepare legal documentation
- Conduct legal research and summarize results
- Organize department records to ensure effective recordkeeping and administration
- Assist with design and implementation of contract management processes
- Compliance Programs
- Support the legal and compliance teams with recordkeeping and project management tasks
- Assist with the development and preparation of compliance-related presentations
- Help draft and track compliance and reporting for key operational performance goals
- Paralegal certificate or degree preferred
- Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage highly complex initiatives with minimal supervision
- Strong business and legal acumen
- Zealous attention to detail and extreme organizational skills
- Minimum two (2) years of law firm and/or in-house legal experience
- Experience with corporate maintenance and annual corporate filings preferred
- Experience with legal operations and/or project management
- Demonstrated exceptional verbal and written and communication skills
- Ability to interact professionally with senior management
- Team-oriented, and comfortable working with a global legal team
