Job Overview : As a Strategic Account Manager at Packsize, you will play a critical role in managing and expanding our relationship with Walmart. Based in Bentonville, AR, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans that align with Walmart's business objectives and drive mutual growth. You will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for Packsize solutions to enhance Walmart's packaging operations.
What you'll do :
- Account Management : Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Walmart's business, supply chain, and packaging needs to tailor solutions that drive value.
- Relationship Building : Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at Walmart, including decision-makers and influencers, to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Strategic Planning and Innovation : Create and implement strategic account plans that align with both Packsize's and Walmart's goals, identifying growth opportunities and potential challenges.
- Solution Selling : Present and demonstrate Packsize's product offerings, emphasizing the benefits and ROI of right-sized packaging solutions for Walmart.
- Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions.
- Market Analysis : Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and Walmart's evolving needs to proactively address challenges and seize opportunities.
- Performance Tracking : Monitor and report on account performance metrics, ensuring targets are met and identifying areas for improvement.
- Contract Negotiation : Lead contract discussions and negotiations to secure favorable terms and agreements that align with Packsize's business objectives.
