- Assist in the daily operation and support of enterprise systems, including Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure Arc.
- Provide frontline troubleshooting for system-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal user disruption.
- Respond to and resolve incidents, service requests, and change requests following ITIL best practices to support ticket management.
- Perform routine system checks, patching, and basic compliance tasks to maintain reliability and security.
- Document solutions, system configurations, and procedures to support knowledge sharing and team efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Systems Administrator Lead, and regional help desk teams to escalate or de-escalate issues to other IT contributors when and where necessary.
- Monitor identity and access management systems, such as Active Directory, Azure AD, and Okta, for basic configuration and support tasks.
- Act as a first point of contact for users, providing clear and professional communication.
- Prioritize user satisfaction by understanding and addressing technical issues efficiently.
- Maintain a helpful and approachable demeanor while assisting end-users with technical needs.
- Stay up to date on system administration best practices and emerging technologies.
- Actively participate in team training and learning opportunities to expand technical knowledge and capabilities.
- Study and obtain relevant foundational and associate-level certifications if applicable
- Basic understanding of enterprise IT systems, including Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with a focus on customer service.
- Enthusiasm for learning and growing within the IT infrastructure field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A , Network , Microsoft Fundamentals MS-900, SC-900, and AZ-900) are highly encouraged.
