PACO Group, Inc. (PACO) is seeking a skilled and dedicated Business Analyst to support critical infrastructure projects with the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) . As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in managing and maintaining essential data systems related to track and structural maintenance for WMATA's State of Good Repair (SOGR) initiatives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical expertise to enhance the efficiency and reliability of transit infrastructure in the Washington, DC area.
Scope of Work
The Business Analyst will support WMATA infrastructure projects by managing and maintaining critical project data systems. This role is essential for ensuring the accuracy, accessibility, and security of data related to track and structural maintenance, repairs, and State of Good Repair (SOGR) initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with project teams to develop and maintain databases, generate reports, and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain project databases to track infrastructure maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits, updates, and quality checks.
- Create data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to support project management and decision-making.
- Collaborate with WMATA project teams to develop data systems that align with project goals and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical support and training to project personnel on database usage and functionality.
- Analyze project data to identify trends, generate insights, and recommend process improvements.
