Pays up to $95,000 / year plus monthly performance bonus

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be a culinary expert with a passion for Tex-Mex cuisine and the ability to thrive in a high-volume restaurant environment. Executive Chef Responsibilities Include :

  • Execute a diverse and exciting menu of Tex-Mex dishes.
  • Lead and mentor the kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and consistency.
  • Manage food costs, inventory, and ordering to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with management to create innovative seasonal specials.
  • Maintain a positive and collaborative working environment in the kitchen.
  • We Are Looking for an Executive Chef Who :

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
  • Strong knowledge of Tex-Mex cuisine and culinary techniques is preferred.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Creativity and innovation in menu development.
  • Strong understanding of food cost control and kitchen management.
  • Food Safety Manager Certification (ServSafe or equivalent) is a plus.
  • Passion for delivering an exceptional dining experience to our customers.
