Key Responsibilities of the To Go Server:
- Answer phone calls promptly and accurately in a friendly and professional manner.
- Execute orders from guests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all items are included and accurately priced.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations to guests about menu items, promotions, and specials.
- Process payment transactions accurately and securely.
- Ensure proper packaging of orders to maintain quality and freshness for guests during pickup.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team, communicating special requests or changes as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service and food service are preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in taking orders.
- Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a point-of-sale system.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
