Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the Quality System, ensuring compliance and implementing changes as necessary.
• Lead the Quality Department, including Inspectors, Document Control, Lab, and Quality Administration.
• Develop and maintain a positive relationship with other departments, focusing on quality and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee audits and assessments, identifying areas for improvement and driving proactive initiatives.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Operations Teams to develop and implement IQs, OQs, and PQs.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the department.
Requirements
• Four-year degree in science, math, or related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in Quality roles within Pharmaceutical, Cosmetic, and/or Food Industries.
• Strong management and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive approach.
