Position Summary:
A Shift Leader at Pacos plays a crucial role in maintaining the operations, guest experience, and team morale during their assigned shift. They assist in managing the restaurant, ensuring efficient workflows, top-tier customer service, and adherence to Pacos standards.

Position Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:

Supervise, coach, and mentor team members to create a positive work environment.
Ensure all team members adhere to Pacos’ policies and procedures.
Delegate tasks to optimize team productivity and restaurant operations.
Guest Service:

Maintain a welcoming, respectful, and friendly environment for all guests.
Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally.
Uphold service quality and food presentation standards.
Operational Management:

Assist in overseeing daily operations, including opening/closing procedures.
Assist in cashier, kitchen, prep, and cleaning duties when needed.
Monitor food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
Support inventory management and restocking as needed.
Team Development:

Foster continuous improvement by identifying skill gaps and coaching team members.
Provide performance feedback to help team members grow in their roles.
Other Responsibilities:

Fill in where necessary during busy times to support the team.
Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures.
Qualifications:

Bilingual preferred
Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in food service or retail.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
