We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented B2B Sales Representative to join our expanding team. In this role, you will focus on generating new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and driving revenue growth by offering tailored solutions to business clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, identify, and engage with new business clients to promote our partners’ services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in target businesses
- Conduct in-person meetings and presentations to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions
- Meet and exceed sales quotas through strategic planning and consistent follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions
- Collaborate with team members to develop sales strategies and optimize performance
- Represent PACQ Professionals with the highest level of professionalism and integrity
- 1 year of experience in customer service, outside sales, or a related field (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation for travel to client meetings
