Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented B2B Sales Representative to join our expanding team. In this role, you will focus on generating new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and driving revenue growth by offering tailored solutions to business clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, identify, and engage with new business clients to promote our partners’ services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in target businesses
  • Conduct in-person meetings and presentations to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas through strategic planning and consistent follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions
  • Collaborate with team members to develop sales strategies and optimize performance
  • Represent PACQ Professionals with the highest level of professionalism and integrity

Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience in customer service, outside sales, or a related field (preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Reliable transportation for travel to client meetings
