What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Manager position at Pacron?
Pacron is seeking a Warehouse and/ or Logistics manager to join our fast paced team. Your team includes strong work ethic personnel who do little to no complaining to get the job done and make your life a little easier on the floor. You will be responsible for team members to include Administrators, Drivers and Forklift Operators.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee the whole shipping process.
- Plan and manage route scheduling, and warehouse.
- Direct and coordinate full order cycles with the production team, and customer service
- Oversee scheduling, and negotiating with trucking brokers.
- Understand CDL (A) Driver rules and regulations as per FMCSA Parts 383 and 391
- Keeping track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
- Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets
- Maintains metric and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
- Identify shipping issues and implement solutions in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in warehouse management
- 3 to 5 year’s warehouse management experience handling multiple shifts.
Starting Salary: $75,000 to $90,000
