Job Summary: We are seeking highly motivated and talented fresh graduates with less than 2 years of experience to join the ASPIRE: Prudential Corporate Graduate Programme. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are interested in becoming a future-ready leader. ASPIRE is a two plus three-year programme that offers a forward-looking, holistic and deliberate development programme aimed at accelerating progression for successful candidates through targeted interventions to build future-ready leaders. Job Responsibilities: • Participate in various departmental rotations for the first two years throughout the organization, including Distribution, Customer, Human Resources, Finance, and Operations, among others. • Lead and execute company-wide projects to drive strategic initiatives • Attend training sessions and self-study to gain knowledge and insights into the insurance industry • Participate in short-term projects to gain new skills and development opportunities Job Requirements: • A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. • Less than two years of work experience. • Demonstrated leadership abilities and a strong work ethic. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. • The ability to work collaboratively and independently. • The willingness to learn and adapt to changing business needs.
