Location : Vineyard Post Acute, Petaluma

Salary Range : $120,000-$175,000 (bonus opportunities)

Responsibilities :

Lead and oversee the rehabilitation department, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with all regulations.

Develop and implement forward-thinking strategies to improve patient outcomes and department efficiency.

Manage and mentor a team of physical, occupational, and speech therapists, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with facility leadership and other departments to align rehabilitation services with overall facility goals.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to keep the department on the cutting edge of rehabilitation care.

Qualifications :

Current California license as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist.

Proven experience in a leadership role within a rehabilitation or skilled nursing setting.

Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

Forward-thinking approach with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to balance clinical expertise with business acumen to achieve positive patient and financial outcomes.
