In addition to the core responsibilities listed above, the Medication Aide will also be expected to:
- Maintain confidentiality of resident care information and report any unauthorized disclosure.
- Cooperate with interdepartmental personnel and other facility staff to ensure adequate maintenance of nursing services.
- Participate in continuing education programs to stay abreast of changes in their profession and maintain certification.
