We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Resident Support Assistant to join our team at PACS. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our facilities.
About the Role
- Maintain all public and common areas throughout the day, including lobby, restrooms, drinking fountains, and floors.
- Clean and remove dust, dirt, or food from walls, mirrors, windows, light fixtures, towel bars, and towel dispensers.
- Provide excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Maintain housekeeping carts, equipment, and storage areas in a safe and sanitary manner.
- Notify the Director of Housekeeping or Administrator immediately regarding resident safety issues or concerns.
- Supervisory requirements: No supervisory responsibilities.
