Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Lead to oversee the implementation, management, and optimization of our Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with an in-depth understanding of supply chain processes and Oracle Fusion SCM modules. As a lead, you will be responsible for guiding the supply chain team through best practices, ensuring that the organization's supply chain is efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle Fusion Supply Chain solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain, leveraging Oracle Fusion SCM functionalities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define business processes and system requirements for new supply chain solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to the supply chain team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Manage the integration of Oracle Fusion SCM with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the team's Oracle Fusion SCM competencies.
  • Provide production support by overseeing the resolution of any system issues and ensure high levels of user satisfaction and system performance.
  • Deep expertise with Oracle Fusion modules: Inventory, WIP, BOM, Costing, MRP, Order Management, Procurement, Smart Operations Workbench, Project Manufacturing, Project Costing, Project Driven Supply Chain

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management and at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion SCM applications.
  • Proven track record of leading successful Oracle Fusion SCM implementations and upgrades.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes including procurement, order management, inventory management, MRP, and logistics.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Industry experience within Aerospace and Defense
  • Certification in Oracle Fusion SCM is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Fusion SCM best practices, trends, and the latest technologies.
  • This role requires U.S. citizenship in adherence to ITAR, DFARS, and federal compliance standards.
