What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Director of Teaching and Learning and Literacy Lead position at PACT Charter School?
- Valid Teaching License and Administrative License.
- Bachelor’s degree in education, reading, special education, or a related field.
- Completion of an MDE-approved Professional Development program (CAREIALL, OL&LA, or LETRS for Educators).
- Minimum of five years of classroom teaching experience, with a strong emphasis on K-12 literacy and numeracy practices.
- Demonstrated expertise in data-driven instructional decision-making and curriculum alignment supporting transformational change in systems.
- Experience with systems-level leadership, planning, implementing, and evaluating district-wide initiatives and professional learning and supporting large-scale educational initiatives.
- Master's or Doctorate degree in education, reading, or related field.
- Certification as a LETRS/OL&LA/CAREIALL facilitator.
- Proven success in leading district wide professional learning and literacy programs.
- Deep understanding of the Minnesota Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MnMTSS) framework.

Education and Experience
-Salary will commensurate upon experience. 1.0 FTE (Range: $120,000 - $135,000)

It's located on 161st Ave NW between Armstrong Blvd NW and Variolite Street NW. The parcel has a beautiful line of trees and wetlands and provides a gorgeous backdrop for the new Secondary Campus. Many parks and an extensive trail system are readily accessible and connected by a network of trails that link The COR to the regional parks and trail system. Many people have chosen to live in Ramsey because of its rural character, wetlands, wildlife, and housing choices. U.S. Highways 10/169 and State Highway 47 are two main routes. Northstar Commuter Rail stops in Ramsey and runs to and from downtown Minneapolis.
