What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales and Operations Support Specialist position at Pact Group?
The Sales and Operations Support Specialist will work directly with the Senior Vice President of North America and the Business Development Manager to play a vital cross functional role in maintaining operational data and supporting our sales processes. This role will provide analytics to drive decision-making, and aid in the various tasks to support our North America growth strategies. This role will also be involved across various functions which will include maintaining human resource data files and provide sales and financial reporting. The position will aid in monitoring of all the special reuse programs processes and our North America procedures to further promote our Reuse solutions.
Position will begin remote and move to hybrid role once East Coast Facility is operating. The ability to travel within the US is a requirement, 10%-15% of role.
Role Accountabilities
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyse sales and operations data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and maintain sales and operations dashboards and reports.
- Provide regular performance reports to leadership and other stakeholders.
- Customer Proposals and Financial Modelling
- Establish with Group Finance support financial models for submissions for customer proposals and marketing submissions.
- Collaborate with sales teams to streamline modelling workflows and enhance productivity and timely submissions to customers
- Maintain and keep all data current for customer modelling for the sales group
- Assist in the development and execution of sales programs and campaigns
- Forecasting & Planning:
- Assist in sales forecasts and budgets.
- Analyse historical sales data to support accurate forecasting.
- Data Dashboard Management:
- Oversee the management and maintenance of the reuse data dashboard system.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the reuse data dashboard
- Train sales teams on reuse data dashboard best practices and updates.
- Operational Reporting and Analysis
- Conduct deep-dive analysis into analysis metrics to provide actionable recommendations.
- Support the creation of performance reports and presentations for leadership.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration and Activities:
- Maintain all HR data files such as ADP and Health Equity benefits
- Create and maintain North America divisional calendar for license, permits insurance, and other critical due dates for operations. Assist on these matters for submissions.
Challenges
- Influencing team members who do not report directly to this role and work to collaborate within the North America team and some global team members.
- Balance competing requirements in Sales and Operations activities to keep Pact Retail Accessories North America goals in focus and ensuring time and resources are efficiently allocated.
- We operate a national and global business, and it will require availability in the evenings to work with stakeholders in other us locations and global regions.

Knowledge and Experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) a must
- Advanced: Excel skills that can perform complex tasks like data analytics and simulation using Excel's formulas and functions
- Well-developed time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be a highly motivated team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Accreditation / Qualification Requirements
- 4-year college degree (Preferably with emphasis in Business, Marketing, or Finance)
Location
- Remote but will move to hybrid office once East Coast locations is open
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
