Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance plans and procedures
- Conduct thorough testing and inspections of products and materials
- Identify and document quality issues for timely resolution
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in production processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and optimize production processes
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of quality control activities
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and standards for quality management
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should possess CAD experience or a technical certification in Engineering or a related field. Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role. Physical requirements include the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects up to 35 lbs.
