**About the Role:**
We are seeking an experienced Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) professional to join our team as a Plant EHS Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental, safety, and employee training programs at our facility.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Coordinate and monitor completion of all recurring and one-time environmental compliance tasks, including inspections, recordkeeping, and agency reports.
- Develop and implement environmental training programs for employees, including general environmental awareness, storm water, SPCC, hazardous waste, and DOT.
- Administer facility H&S activities to ensure compliance with all OSHA H&S programs applicable to the facility.
- Responsible for submitting all permits and maintaining all environmental files in a manner consistent with Federal, State, and Company guidelines.
**Requirements:**
- BS degree in safety, industrial hygiene, or environmental related discipline and 3-5 years of related experience.
- Demonstrated computer literacy with knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Process Safety Management, Title V, NPDES, and Storm Water Pollution Programs, Hazardous Waste Management.
