Physical Demands:
Be prepared for prolonged standing or walking.
Expect frequent reaching and handling activities.
Occasional lengthy walks over 500 feet.
Lifting needs will be up to 40 lbs.
Stay ready for a dynamic manufacturing ambience.
Operational Excellence:
Comply with all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Proactively report any equipment or facility issues.
Take charge to address and resolve failures quickly.
Role Responsibilities:
Adjust process settings on thermoforming lines before production begins.
Prepare blending equipment for production runs effectively.
Address and solve process challenges during operations.
Guide and teach operators about equipment setup.
Accurate paperwork completion without delay.
Assist in product improvement and documentation.
Ready to help during extra hours according to demands.
Your Proficiency Should Include:
Mechanical problem-solving abilities
Experience with Nylon materials like Nylon 6 and 66
Nylon PA6
Thermoforming and Injection Molding knowhow
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
