Compensation
- Pay rate starting at $27.16/hour
- Eligible for annual & skill-based wage increases
- Monday - Friday: 7:30a-4p
- Eligible for benefits first of the month following hire date

Responsibilities
The TPM Mechanic is responsible for executing preventive and predictive maintenance tasks, supporting equipment reliability improvements, and assisting with continuous improvement initiatives. This role ensures that equipment runs at optimal performance levels, reduces unplanned downtime, and contributes to safety and production goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on plant equipment and machinery.
- Conduct inspections and condition monitoring (vibration analysis, lubrication checks, visual inspections).
- Identify and report equipment abnormalities and assist in troubleshooting.
- Support Autonomous Maintenance activities alongside production teams.
- Complete work orders in the CMMS system accurately and timely.
- Assist in root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions for equipment failures.
- Participate in TPM pillar activities (Planned Maintenance, Autonomous Maintenance, Focused Improvement).
- Follow all safety policies and contribute to a safe working environment.
- Assist in maintaining 5S standards in maintenance and production areas.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects and equipment upgrades as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance or TPM roles.
- Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience using CMMS systems.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel).
