Key Responsibilities

• Expertly repair and adapt manufacturing equipment, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Craft solutions by fabricating parts that can't be readily sourced off the shelf.
• Skillfully troubleshoot and maintain electric controls and programmable logic systems.
• Coordinate effectively with maintenance and production heads to fulfill project needs.
• Engage in elevating the skills of maintenance and production teams as required.
• Uphold superior housekeeping to foster a secure work environment.
• Communicate effectively with operators and plant supervisors.
• Promptly identify and communicate any safety risks.
• Preserve an impeccable safety and attendance record.

Experience

• Significant experience in the industrial maintenance landscape.
• A minimum of five years in a manufacturing setting, boasting successful role completions.
• Three years in mechanical proficiency.
• Three years in control system expertise.
• Autonomous adherence to company protocols.
• Familiarity with computerized maintenance frameworks, with Maintenance Connection as a preferred system.

Skills Required

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Keen problem-solving acumen.
• Intermediate competency in computer applications.
• Comfort with complexities of PLC ladder and wiring diagram analysis.

Physical Demands & Environment

• Ability to endure prolonged periods of standing and sitting.
• Periodically ascend stairs and ladders.
• Work amidst varying climate conditions, with exposure to noise and motion of the equipment.

Work Conditions

• Exceptional knowledge of electrical and control systems, particularly within Allen Bradley.
• Capability to occasionally lift up to 40 lbs and work in challenging climates.
• Well-versed with hand, power, and diagnostic tools; personal tools up to an inch required.

Educational Background

High school diploma or GED is essential, while a technical certificate in areas like electronics technology is preferred.
