Daily Challenges and Tasks
- Maintain and troubleshoot 120/208/240/480 voltage systems with precision.
- Ensure all equipment meets rigorous machine safety inspection standards.
- Resolve issues within Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) and PLC mechanisms.
- Enhance performance of servo motors through effective maintenance.
- Work with cutting-edge technologies from Fanuc, Allen Bradley, Siemens.
- Collaborate seamlessly with team members to maintain equipment reliability.
- Keep meticulous records of all repairs and maintenance procedures executed.
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at continuous process improvements.
Candidates Should Bring
- A solid track record as a maintenance electrician or similar position.
- Comprehensive knowledge of electricity-related systems, with experience in multiple voltage levels.
- Practical experience in adapting to machine safety compliance.
- In-depth knowledge of handling Variable Frequency Drives and PLC systems.
- Hand-on skills with servo motors and similar mechanisms.
- Ability to maneuver state-of-the-art equipment like Fanuc, Allen Bradley, and Siemens.
- Excellent problem diagnostic and resolution skills.
