Your role will include troubleshooting and maintenance on cutting-edge automation equipment, ensuring the seamless operation of our electrical systems.
Your Daily Challenge
- Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and maintaining machinery like trim presses, extruders, formers, crystallizers, dryers, conveyors, and grinders.
- Enhancing equipment performance through innovative modifications and upgrades.
- Managing documentation with accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment.
- Upholding company policies, safety rules, and regulations.
- Engaging in Maintenance Connection duties regularly.
- Flexible operation in various production areas.
Who You Are
- Have a HS Diploma or equivalent.
- Possess over 3 years of experience as an automation technician in the manufacturing industry.
- Skilled in electrical systems, with knowledge in hydraulics, pneumatics, and blueprint reading (mechanical/electrical).
- Proficient in welding and fabrication—considered a bonus.
- Capable of effective problem-solving in electrical and mechanical setups, with a preference for PLC knowledge.
- Committed to safety with your own toolset ready for use.
- Team-oriented with effective interpersonal skills.
- Willing to accommodate overtime as needed.
- Experience in a manufacturing setting is indispensable.
