- Execute preventative and repair work on complex voltage systems (120/208/240/480).
- Inspect machines meticulously to comply with safety protocols.
- Address and fix issues in Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) and PLC systems.
- Sustain and restore servo motors for peak efficacy.
- Operate and troubleshoot machinery from Fanuc, Allen Bradley, and Siemens.
- Engage with fellow team members to significantly boost equipment reliability.
- Accurately document all maintenance interventions and repair logs.
- Actively engage in strategies to advance operational processes.
Necessary Skills and Experience
- Documented experience in electrical maintenance roles.
- Extensive understanding of electrical infrastructures, focusing on high-voltage systems.
- Acumen in enforcing machine safety and verification protocols.
- Practical know-how with VFDs and PLCs.
- Expertise in servo motors usage and technology.
- Competence with varied machinery including Fanuc, Allen Bradley, and Siemens.
