Industrial Maintenance Specialist - Night Owl Shift
Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: $27.54 - $32, payouts weekly
Step into the night with a shift starting at 10:00 PM and running until 6:30 AM out of our Santa Fe Springs, CA facility.

Your Mission:
- Master the maintenance of speed-centric labeling and padding machinery
- Skillfully manage mechanical and electrical tasks, ensuring operational excellence
- Be a rapid responder to urgent equipment hiccups, targeting longevity and efficiency
What You'll Do:
- Adhere to essential safety protocols and wear designated PPE
- Perform urgent tasks with precision, ensuring reliability at all times
- Solve immediate production challenges with independence or teamwork
- Translate technical glitches into layman's terms for team discussions
- Run comprehensive changeover tests, upkeeping desired equipment standards
- Participate in preventive maintenance operations and catalog issues
- Oversee parts and supply needs and propose requests
What You Bring:
- Superior aptitude in diagnosing and repairing mechanical enigmas
- Navigate PCs with grace, as well as HMI systems
- Experience with control systems – know the language of encoders and transducers
