Key Responsibilities
- Adhere strictly to all safety, quality, and maintenance protocols.
- Conduct regular maintenance tasks on printers to keep them in top condition.
- Employ quarterbacking techniques to ensure efficient change overs.
- Provide critical support across production areas, resolving any technical hiccups.
- Manage and organize spare parts inventory effectively.
- Keep meticulous records of daily maintenance routines and outcomes.
- Maintain an orderly and safe workspace through rigorous housekeeping.
- Communicate clearly and consistently with team members and supervisors.
- Proactively address and report any safety threats or hazards.
- Strive for an enviable safety and attendance record.
- Undertake additional tasks as required.
Required Experience
- Proven track record in industrial maintenance roles.
- A minimum of two years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to adhere to company standards and procedures consistently.
- Experience with CMMS, with a preference for Maintenance Connection.

- Strong interpersonal and computer skills.
- Innate problem-solving ability and initiative in repairs.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Expect long periods of standing and sitting, as well as occasional climbing.

- Physically fit to lift up to 40 pounds and adept in using hand and power tools.
Educational Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required. A technical certification in a related field is preferred.
Demonstrate proficiency in equipment troubleshooting, mechanical skills, and lean manufacturing principles.
Work hands-on with technologies like the Flexographic Printing Press.
