- Become a critical thinker, dissecting machinery to diagnose issues using guidebooks and hand tools, as well as sophisticated precision instruments.
- Progressively engage in the disassembly, reconditioning, and intelligent preventive maintenance processes to keep the production lines moving.
- Handle crucial tasks like part replacement, oil changes, and troubleshooting mechanical and electronic malfunctions with confidence.
- Implement facility tasks, from basic carpentry and plumbing to critical welding, ensuring structural integrity and functionality.
- Adhere strictly to safety standards and PPE requirements to foster a safe work environment.
- Streamline operations with consistent performance checks and equipment installations aimed at optimal production efficiency.
Your Background:
- Equipped with at least a High School diploma or GED.
- Brought at least 3-5 years of related experience to the table.
- Proven to successfully pass the Ramsay Mechanical Aptitude Test.
- Skilled in reading schematics and blueprints to make informed maintenance decisions.
- Adept at tackling mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electronic troubleshooting with prowess.
- Commitment to excellent work ethic and self-driven task management.
- Physically able to endure standing for prolonged periods and occasional lifting.
- Flexible approach to shift rotations, welcoming overtime and weekend duty as necessary.
Proficiencies: Skills in HVAC, PLC troubleshooting, soldering, understanding voltage systems, and machinery used like TIG Welder and Flexographic Printing Press.
